Please take note that all sales are final.  We will not give full or partial refunds for items with slight natural imperfections given the nature of crystals and minerals, these imperfections are natural and common in raw/freeform and partially polished stones.  Emmjay Crystals take pride in packaging your orders with love and care and therefore do not offer exchange, returns or refunds for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise after it has left our store.
